Denver Day Retreats for Rest, Connection & Renewal

A full day to step away, slow down, and reconnect.
Leave the to-do list behind and give yourself somewhere else to put your attention. Move your body, settle into the heat, cool off, eat something nourishing, spend time outside, and let yourself linger in conversation without watching the clock.
Let us take care of you for a change. No experience, skills, or expectations required—just come as you are. Whether you feel like moving, resting, laughing, connecting, or simply soaking it all in, follow your body’s lead and enjoy being fully present.
You don’t have to escape your life for a weekend to feel a shift. Sometimes, one intentional day can change the way you return to it.
