Cedar & Steam Retreat Experiences
Intentional retreats rooted in movement, nature, ritual, sauna, and meaningful connection.

We’re not meant to do life alone. Cedar & Steam retreats create space to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself and others, and return home feeling more grounded, present, and human again.
What to Expect at a Cedar & Steam Retreat
Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.
There’s no pressure to perform, optimize, or make the most of every minute.
There will be moments to move and moments to be still. Time to gather and time to wander. Guided experiences and plenty of room for whatever you need.
Cedar & Steam retreats are intentionally designed to help you disconnect from the constant pull of everyday life and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the people around you.

Yoga
Move, stretch, breathe, and reconnect with your body.

Ritual
Sauna, fire, meditation, reflection, and practices designed to help you slow down.

Nature
Step outside, explore, breathe deeper, and let the landscape do some of the work.

Connection
Share meals, conversations, laughter, and experiences with people who may start as strangers.
