What to Expect at Cedar & Steam – Most sessions are held at our home location THE DENVER VILLAGE unless otherwise specified.
We’re tucked behind the gate on the right-hand side of the back parking lot. If your event includes yoga or a workshop, we’ll meet inside first. Sauna-only session? Head on back and check in to get started.

Wear whatever you’re comfy sweating in-swimsuits and workout clothes are most common. Pro tip: wear your sauna fit under cozy sweats for easy layers and peak post-sauna comfort. Loose metal jewelry can get hot, so leave the fancy stuff at home or plan to stash it safely. You’re welcome to bring your own towel, but if you forget, we’ve got you covered.
Water is provided. You just bring yourself-ready to sweat, relax, and let the wood-fired magic do its thing.
