At Cedar & Steam, wellness is meant to be shared.

Our authentic wood-fired sauna creates space to slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Through sauna socials, Flow & Glow yoga + sauna sessions, mobile rentals, pop-up events, and thoughtfully curated private experiences, we bring people together to sweat, deepen connection, and return to everyday life with greater balance.
